Get Experts conducted a survey and found that employers are finding it increasingly difficult to attract qualified professionals. This is often due to a shortage of competent personnel in the market (41%) and a lack of specialised professionals (25%).
According to 42% of employers, the turnover rate in 2023 has remained unchanged. 37% say it has increased, while 16% report it has decreased. In most cases, employers estimate turnover rates at 3–5% (20%), up to 2% (18%), or 5–10% (16%). Companies have made the most effort to retain professionals in the sales (23%), manufacturing (20%), and IT (19%) sectors.
The majority of surveyed professionals believe that it has become more difficult to find a job in 2023. On average, the job search takes from 2 weeks to a month. Interestingly, many job seekers are willing to change their field of activity, as retraining has become a common step in career development. This readiness is not only observed among young people under 35, who are usually considered more adaptive, but also among older generations. This is a sign that people, regardless of age and social status, are willing to make changes in their lives to achieve new goals and personal development.
Avatr responds to market trends by striving to make the process of job search and recruitment as convenient and transparent as possible.
