Top 3 skills according to employers:

  • Ability to plan, organise, and manage projects, efficiently use time, resources, and manage risks — 52%;
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills — 49%;
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data — 44%;
  • Multitasking is also at 44%.

Among other skills, flexibility and adaptability, proficiency in technologies and software, quick learning, interpersonal communication skills, organisational abilities, emotional intelligence, etc., are noted.

Top 3 skills according to candidates:

  • Quick learning — 48%;
  • Proficiency in modern technologies and programs — 42%;
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data — 41%.

Other important skills according to the workers themselves include creativity and problem-solving, project and team management skills, multitasking, flexibility and adaptability, communication and conflict resolution skills, etc.
