Why would someone want to create an Avatr and work from our platform? There a lot of reasons. In terms of process, candidates and employers will be able to interact in a P2P environment that removes so many of the friction points and dislocation that we see in the legacy system.
In terms of promoting yourself, your performance and reputation will be visible 24/7 via information gathered from a range of system metrics that embody immutable data, not opinion. Truth, not trust. I’ll give you an example…there are platforms where people endorse each other’s attributes without any real firsthand knowledge of that person. High levels of subjectivity don’t lend themselves to accuracy.
With Avatr, control is now back in your hands because now your performance will do the talking…not kissing anyone’s ass and certainly not amassing questionable endorsements from strangers. Your on-chain performance will create a digital signature and provides you the purest form of meritocracy.
With regard to rewards, think about how you would handle a large chunk of money. Would you put it in a standard savings account that is eroded by inflation or would you find an interest-bearing account/facility that makes your money work for you? The answer is obvious.
